Hello! I'm in! I have a wedding at the beginning of July and really want to be feeling and looking my best by then! And a massive holiday on 21st July - and I turn 30 on the 25th of July! So I have lots of things to keep me motivated! We can do it! X0

If you are only starting now, it is extremely unrealistic to hope to lose 20 pounds by THIS summer. Don't set yourself up for disappointment, you should set reasonable goals for yourself. Try 8-10 pounds, for starters.0

I'm in. My goal is 30lbs in increments. Goal 1 is 10lbs since thinking of more is overwhelming. After 10lbs, I'll have new short goals in 5lb increments.0

Im in!!!!! I got down to my goal weight of 123 but have yo yoed for a while and am now close to my starting weight if not more....that being said i hvae been scared to get on the scale but i know ive gained because all my shorts/pants are tight!!!! Feeling very insecure and unhappy with myself cant wait to get back to my confident bod!!!! Lets do this!!!!0
