A new start for me. Need some friends on here that that need to lose 100+. Its so hard to do this journey alone. Will be there to support you and give encouragement through your journey as well. Really hoping to gain friends soon.

I started my journey Jan 7, 2013 and have gotten rid of 122 pounds so far!! I think I need to get rid of about 70-80 more pounds. I need some help too! You can never have too many fitness and goal pals!! I would like to be your fiend and chat! We can get to our goals! This is the first time I have ever gotten rid of weight and kept it off for longer than a few months. I have finally done it. It is going to be a journey, but I am in for the long hull!!0

Hi guys! I am new to myfitnesspal and wanting to see if anyone else is in the same boat or similar to me. I have always been very obese beginning after high school (active to completely non-active life). Have yo-yo'd all through my 20s. My husband and I were finally able to get pregnant and it was TWINS! Anyways, I got up to 322 as my final pregnancy weight. When our twins turned 6 months old, I realized. Holy crap im back up to 319.2!!! Off to weightwatchers I went. I am excited to say that in my 7 month journey so far I am down to 262.4lbs! I have a long ways to go still but approaching this as a 2 year plan turned new lifestyle to be healthy for my family.
I definately have been taking this one week at a time. Small goals have led to big happiness!0 -

So proud of you guys and your journey! I've lost 120 pounds and kept it off for a year! It's do able and rewarding. I finally found the confidence I had hoped for! Make small goals!! Reward yourself along the way! Every 0.2 lost is an accomplishment! One day at a time!!0

I am here with you all. I have lost 95 lbs since last May, but still have about 105 to go. I am struggling due to the my low self esteem, I still don't love my body. I have bad knees and a bad back and am having issue with the exercise. I can walk and need to do that more. I have a pear shaped body and hate it. This is what I need to get past since lately I have been doing some "cheating" that is making me feel soon guilty. I need help changing my mindset so I don't sabatoge myself. I welcome more friends, but I mostly read I'm not good at keeping up on posts. ????0

Feel free to add me. My heaviest recorded weight was 335, I was probably closer to 350. I've lost 120 lbs and sit at 215 today. I never put the pressure of big goals on myself. I always looked at mini goals and it just kept going. If I was at 266 lbs. I would say to myself, Mike....just 2 more lbs and I will be 264 and half way out of the 260's! Once I was 264 I said to myself, wow just a few more lbs and Im in the 250's...and so on and so forth. I just ran my first official 5k today and last saturday I ran 7 miles. It didnt start that way though. I couldnt jog half a block without feeling like I was going to collapse..lol
