Wow nice, Duct tape!! I have heard of doubling up the sports bra but thats it. As a guy I havent got much on the topic. Just the subject line caught my eye!0

Go to Lane Bryant. They have great sport bras for those of us a little bigger in the chest. They will even help measure you for a proper fit.0
-
You need an Enell bra. They are a bit of work to put on but once it's on, those puppies don't move. :bigsmile:0

I have the same problem, and I use two sports bras. I'd tell you the brand but they're so old that the tags have no writing on them anymore. Try a Google search for minimizing sports bras, that should find you some that REALLY hold them in place.0

I wear an underwire bra and then slap a sportsbra that I have to pull my boobs up into... it seems to work for me!0

My friend worships these workout undies and she's a DD as well I think!0 -
thanks guys!!0

I used to have to hold them down with my arms while doing jumping jacks.0

Ok, so at least some stores carry 44DD - one of the things I'm looking forward to most about losing weight is the prospect of buying bras from an actual store. Lane Bryant carries big sizes as far as the band goes, but they do not carry huge cup sizes and I am somewhere between a 42F and a 42G - they just don't make them that big unless you special order them online, and I have yet to find a decent sports bra - I usually wear a regular bra with a larger sports bra (one that is too big around but will go over the girls) over it.0

Also try Junonia - they've got a bunch of larger sizes and I love the quality of their clothing. A little more $$ but well worth it!!

I got an Enell a couple of weeks ago and it really holds them down (I'm a 42F). I can jog and they barely move an inch!
It's pricey but you can get it on Amazon a bit cheaper.0 -
i live in the uk where if you are over a certain size forget it....just hold em! they do NOT cater for people wanting to lose the weight. I am a dd and found it really annoying that my girls were having a fun time all on their own....anyone in the uk know of anywhere that caters for us wanting to jump our jacks with minimal black eyes!0

Have you tried Shock Absorber?

They are the only Bra I wear for sports. Nothing holds or last like them that I've found. I'm only a 36DD but they do not move a millimeter.0 -
I just have to say I'm sorry you all have that problem.
I think my size 36B (I think I'm a B love to wear sports bras) is the perfect size at least for my body.
Anything more than a handle seems like a waste.0 -

Shock Absorber aren't cheap (last one I bought was £38 IIRC) but they do last well, fit snuggly and you'd never know you had boobs when exercising let alone double D's.
On a budget don't discount George at Asda. They definitely do DD, are a good price and are perfectly adequate. Hardly any 'jig' They don't last as well as Shock Absorber and I personally didn't find the fit so good, but are great value for money.
Will add you in a mo0 -
forthe UK i got a pretty good sports bra from marks and spencers, they've upped their game recently with bras I think, though I agree most go up to a DD, for sports and normal bras and then above that you're ignored (im a 34E). This really annoys me to be honest cos im tecnically a good weight (24 bmi) but bras and clothes are made for sizes A-C really, i've never been able to wear anything with buttons. For sports, a good sports bra (I used M and S as I said but any specialist running shop tends to have good ranges, yes they are expensive, but breasts are important, as im sure you all agree, you would buy a good pair of trainers to protect your feet and legs, so protect your boobs too) also a strappy tank top with one of those hidden support things over the sports bra gives a bit extra assurance I've found.0

Figleaves is another excellent source for bras, sports and otherwise - again not so cheap but go up to some luscious sizes. DDs and Es are quite petite!!!
