Steak and a BLOW. IT. OUT.


The Meal: Marinated ribeye steak done on the Big Green Egg with organic lump charcoal. Grilled yellow pepper. Baked potato topped with a touch of shredded marbled cheese. Milk to wash it down.

Todays 39g protein breakfast: Chocolate peanut butter protein pancake (with veg), a side of bacon, and an apple:


Directions:
Grease pan: I usually use avocado and coconut oil. If you're using avocado you can slice it into rings and poor the mix into the holes for pretty. But today I was making bacon so I just used that.
Crack egg into bowl
Mix half scoop of chocolate whey protein till no visual dry ingredients. You can add nuts, vegetables, and it's also good plain.
Then all you need to do is fry!
Top with crunchy peanut butter.
