Just got back from visiting my sisters new place 'out around the bay'.
Time for some food porn with some high calorie (~900) crunchy peanut butter covered protein pancakes in avocado rings with coconut oil
Beat up an egg with chocolate protein powder
slice avocado into rings and put in pan (if you want more protein ratio cut the circles out bigger)
Dab bits of coconut oil in the holes and heat pan
Poor chocolate protein mix into holes
Top with crunchy peanut butter
Now time for Newfoundland Screech coffee with some milk

Lets say you've had some cereal, want a bit more but ALSO want to make sure it fits your macros.
You've just noticed that MFP app is noting your 'target' for carbs by your last entry - which a little checking we can see surpassed said figure by a few grams.
Obvious solution is to substitute an ingredient; but... you've already poured a measured portion of cereal, so what to add to it...
Take out: 125ml skimmed milk... 44 calories, 6 grams carbs.
Substitute with... 200ml Carnation Caramel ... 602 calories, 112 grams carbs.
Because... FFUUUU mfp!
And I needed to get lots of calories in to meet my goal which is resulting in around .5lb / week gain.
(Sorry, as far as 'porn' goes - this is the sort you'd never show your partner and you'd probably view from your neighbours wifi network, just in case, ya'know :P.)0 -

Here is mine...
Brownie Bottom Reese Peanut butter cheese cake...a big slice is 895 calories but half that is good at 385 (satisfiying..I know I've eaten it) and it's got 11 grams of protien...not a "great" source but not bad.

Supper: Butterflied charcoal bbqed chicken, sautéed mushrooms, roasted till sweet peppers with tyme and goat cheese, baked potato with sour cream, butter and cheese, random grapes because costco sale and must eat copious amount of grapes (pomegranate not pictured)
