KettleBell Workouts!

Options
I just started doing these workouts and I am in love. First found them on www.womenshealthmag.com.

I then looked up some more workouts on YouTube thinkin maybe I can find something on there than to buy DVD's and boy was I right!

I found this young woman and her site is www.myomytv.com and she has FREE workouts and her exersices are GREAT!

Since I just started I am using 8kg. She uses 12 and 16! I cant wait until I can use those!

Anyone else into these workouts!!!

Tried it once... hated it. I was sore for days. I guess that was a good thing... Anywho - glad you found something that you love! Stick with it! :-)

I got the KettleWorx DVDs and so far they are great! I am combining with Zumba as my Cardio. So far I have not been very sore, I started out with a 5 lb. kettlebell.

I love Jillian's too. I get so into throwing the thing around that I kinda forget that I'm working out  It's hard sometimes but I enjoy every minute of it.

I live by kettlebell workouts. The gym I go to is called punch gym and its a 30 min pure kettlebell routine complete with ropes, sledgehammers, and other crazy things.. I lost 49 lbs doing it 5-6 x a week... I am actually soon becoming an instructor at my gym!

Its such an amazing toning and cardio workout, you work every muscle! So glad to hear someone loves it as much as me!

    Thanks MzBug,

I do notice that, to a certain degree...you have to really listen to her and be sure you're adjusting your body correctly. But that goes with anyone's workout regimen really. And when you do videos at home, you're always on your own to try to really fix your bosy positioning. :) I still love it, and am getting better with my form everyday! :)
