IIFIYM and TDEE?

Ill sum up IIFYM from what i understand. Its flexible dieting made to help you withstand dieting for a longer period of time. Not drastically cutting out everything under the sun you know and love. Eat clean/healthy and also eat things you love just under the restrictions of meeting your macros and caloric goals.
If im misguiding anyone or myself somebody please help me out lol. I'm down 28lbs though so im doing something right following this methodology.

Why is it rubbish?
I would like to know why it's rubbish, as well. I'm assuming it has worked for the woman I'm quoting here just as well as it's worked for me, since she asked first.
Haha yep and given that we've lost over 200lbs between us and trog has lost over 150lbs as well, I'd say it works quite well
add in my 50 and Riggers almost 80...well you got another 130 to add to that total...never mind all the others..
rubbish sure if you don't understand it...
My diary is open so anyone can see IIFYM doesn't mean just junk...my protien numbers are in red, so are my fats...gotta work on my carbs...and calories are great...and I still get chocolate....:drinker:0 -

Plus my 70! Im the opposite. Hit my carbs but never hit my fat. Grrrr! But I do love me some sweet potatoes with butter!!!!
