    That's a lot of sugary stuff people are suggesting [shudder].
    108lbs down, run 20+ miles a week and all done eating sugary stuff (plus lots of veg & lean meat of course). Why demonise any food? Everything in moderation works for me!

    Roasted grapefruit!
    Half a grapefruit is about 40 cal, i think and its do delicious with a sprinkle of sugar and roasted in the oven until the sugar caramelizes. Yum. Then i top it with a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

    So, i think it comes to about 100 :)

    In moderation is very true! The problem is everyone's definition of sugar moderation is different :P

    Protein/fat will always give the best bang for your buck, so I would echo cottage cheese, or a Greek yoghurt like Fage, or a tbsp peanut butter on celery. Some seafood is always good too.
