If you combined oatmeal and peanut butter you could have a super source. And it's tasty.

And dark chocolate chips... For deliciousness.

    Do they have protein?

    Do they have protein?

1g per 70 cals. And thus it is also a protein source.

How about oatmeal with protein powder. ALL OF THE PROTEIN.

Plus it's Big Brother slop....so I feel all "insider special" when I eat it.

    BREAD IS A PROTEIN SOURCE!

Per 1 medium slice, it has 8g of protein per 185 calories. That's even more than oatmeal!

Bread is now the #1 source of protein!

The bread I use has 3g of protein per 60 calorie slice.

    Clearly a protein source.

Mine is 1 cup, 6g protein and 147 calories. Add the milk and it goes up a bit

    Still better than peanut butter.

I am not sure of your point here. Better than PB how? PB and Oatmeal serve different purposes in my food diary of life.

I love Smuckers Organic Smooth PB. I put it in my oatmeal on mornings I cant scramble my eggs in olive oil. Or I add PB to the oatmeal for a different taste.

Can you please explain your reasoning behind the post? What oatmeal do you eat with such amounts of protein?

ETA: I use PB for healthy fats

    Protein bar :

    1 cup oat
    4 scoops whey
    5 tbsp natural peanut butter
    1/2 cup milk

Mix together, put it into tupperware and put it into the freezer

    Healthy, cheap, high protein snacks.
