    I'm trying a new workout this month from fitnessblender workout site. I ordered their 4 week for busy people workout. Hopefully I will see the results I want! Then afterwards I was going to do Body Revolution by Juilian Micheals :-)

    I hope everyone hangs on and don't give up! Slow and steady wins the race! I'm excited! This group is so motivative!

    Another big yay :-). This I this is my biggest weekly lost ever. What did I do different? Nothing really. Still no time to exercise but I was careful with my diet 6 out of the past 7 days...and TOM ended.

    I've actually lost 9 pounds this month! I was 319 and am now 310 (I check on the first of every month) so I might lose some more before then!

    Slowly but surely! I think I'm going to have to push hard this week to reach 5 though. 1.2 to make 5 pounds and 1.8+ to get under 200. That's a tall order for one week but not impossible!!!
