    I weighed too soon! For some reason I felt compelled to weigh again this morning and I was shocked. More weight down! I must have been holding on to some sodium or something. So I’m updating mine to today!

    Well I'm going to have to be very focused to get to my goal by Saturday! One of my challenges is on days when my excercise is up I'm so tired and hungry that I don't do so well on the food side. I think I have to plan ahead!

    Spent a glorious 4 day weekend swimming, boating and hiking at our lake, felt amazing to be able to keep up and have the energy to go full speed all weekend!! Hit my goal for the month and am only 1.4 from my ultimate goal! Keep it up, everyone, the rewards are great!!
