drank 6 shots on saturday gained 4 pounds?

Saturday morning I weighed myself and was happy to see i lost four pounds.
Same night I had six shots and a mix, hardly ate that day just strawberries and mango. Weighed myself today I'm up four pounds? What is this....I can't stop crying.

Also. I ate a sandwich lastnight....bread and meat has been something I cutout of my diet for a month

    Sounds like water retention to me. Don't panic. Unless your shots and sandwhich equaled like 12,000 calories, theres no way they made you gain that much.

    op, it's just water weight, if you're absolutely inconsolable over what a scale says, you may need to talk to someone about your relationship with food.

    your body is going to naturally fluctuate within a few pounds range to start with.

    Your strawberries and mango have carbs. Your shots and mix drink have carbs. Your body is not used to eating 500 calories, your body is PLEADING for more.

    I'm curious what you do eat. No bread or meat and in another post "no carbs". What's left to eat?? If you've been doing this for a month with zero weightloss (I went to your profile) you need to try something new.

    If they are a troll, they should probably seek help for that too. Seeking attention like that sounds like a bit of a problem too.

    I am seeing weight loss now....that's why I'm freaking out about the four pounds.
    I eat fruit and veggies and scrambled eggs....I don't drink juices or sodas, I drink coffee still.
    When i eat fruits I eat them periodically throughout the day, when my belly starts feeling hungry ill pop a strawberry or two.

    You need more than that. Put meat back in your diet. All the veggies and fruit are carbs..their good carbs, but you need more calories and protein. What about any calicum? You need that as well. If your doing this for a life style change, there is no way you can keep this up. It will only seriously backfire on you, and you'll put it all back on plus some.
