    You are going to either...

    kill yourself, or
    destroy your body, so that when you DO decide to get healthy, you will struggle to do so.


    500 cals a day, with little to no protein or any other essential nutrient IS DEVASTATING to your body.
    Your body may be "used to 500 calories"... it's an incredible machine and adapts for short term sustenance... but it won't run on fumes forever.

    GET THE HELP YOU NEED NOW.


    and think about the consequences if you don't...
    - If you die, how will the ones you leave behind feel?
    - are there any little girls in your life that you are feeding this sick message to?
    - if you manage to survive, but pratically destroy your body in the process... how will you cope with loss of hair, teeth, brittle bones, etc?

    A few pounds gained after 6 shots is the LEAST of your worries.
