If you have before and afters, please post them here-I could use some extra motivation

    I am 5'8".

Just to give you some frame of reference...at age 16 I weighed about 225 lb.
    By age 32, I weighed 307 lb.

Now I am 37 and weigh 186 and still losing, I plan to get to 170 and then decide if I'd like to lose more or not.

Right now I wear between L/XL misses tops and 12-14 pants. At my heaviest I was in a 3X and 22 pant.

I'm 5'9" I don't really have a before, but I went from 215 to 170. I'm currently on a bulk trying to gain some muscle before I get the last few pounds of fat off. My profile is an "after"

No pics, but have had success followed by regain of 10lbs after I lost my job. :-( I'm 5'9" and am at 172. My lowest weight was 160 and I was SO happy. I had an initial goal of 150, but would be fine w/ maintaining btw 160 -165; depending on the time of the month. Now that spring is officially here I'm considering the C25K program. Any encouragement or advice is welcome!

I've posted some pics in the other 5'8" threads, but will pick some different ones! I've reached below my goal weight in weight loss, and am now working on finding my maintenance cals, and then increasing to gain muscle.

    Highest adult weight, around 170

    Middle ground, 150-160

Closest pic I could find before most recent weight loss, around 140

    :blushing: Thanks!

I just cut 250 calories from my TDEE and did lots of walking/hiking. I ate regular food, watched portion sizes, and took it slow. It was pretty simple.

The C25K program is really great-I've used it before and I just restarted it after a running hiatus. I would definitely recommend it!
