This is what I needed to see today! I started a bit higher and think I'll want to stop at 140, but your pics have given me a wonderful boost for the New Year :-)

I started on my journey on January 19, 2014. I was at 259 lbs and in complete denial of how large I had gotten. The pictures and scales don't lie and I had to the truth and do something about it. The first thing I did was stop drinking Diet Cokes and only would drink water. I never drank coffee and tea was just sip here and there. I started using MFP and put everything I put into my mouth into my log. It didn't go into my mouth without it going into MFP. A week after I started logging my food I started the 21Day Fix program. Fast forward to today and I am at 166 and still logging my food and working out. As of today I have started going to a gym to lift weights to try and tone up some problem areas. I still enjoy 21Day Fix (I still do it 5 days a week) and also just received Cize and will start it next week. My goal is 159. The last 10 pounds have been the hardest to get off but there is light at the end of the tunnel. I would like to reach the 100 pounds by January 19, 2016. Just a few weeks prior to me turning the big "50".

Good luck and keep working hard!!'hmnd904uj88p.png

I'm at 155 now - not sure where I'll end up weight-wise, but I'll keep figuring it out as I go along. :)
