I'm friends with MapleFlavoredMaiden on here...does that count?

Who do you think I wanted to pour the syrup on?

    My thoughts exactly.

    Can I join?

The more the merrier! We should double check with her to make sure she's cool with us pouring syrup on her...but for some reason I don't think it'll be an issue.

I'm ready for all the syrup.

Well this thread went in a delicious direction...

Thank u so much very helpful!

Ok, I'll be straight with you, I did this "cleanse" when I was 27, I lasted 5 days, I lost about 8-9lbs, I felt crap all the time, tired, dizzy etc.
I decided to stop punishing my body and ate some vegetables to make me feel alive again...I gained the weight back pretty much straight away. It really is a terrible idea, it isn't sustainable long term and I cant imagine that your body will thank you for it.
Just eat at a calorie deficit and move about more, it's easy really. Good luck with whatever you do.

I'm an ant and I thrive on the maple syrup and lemon diet. It's a perfect diet for an insect.

disclaimer: I've never studied ant biology, so it's quite possible that a maple syrup and lemon diet is an inadequate diet for an ant.
