Cheated last night with snackin so my loss was not as good as it could of been. I weighed in at 256 so thats 1 pound. Good luck ladies!!!0

hi all....down 1. it is what it is....a loss is a loss.... at 184.4. I kinda feel like I am gettin back in my groove. SO, ** IF ** I have a good week, I expect a better loss, and believe me, it will be a water loss.
Good job Jacque! I am so proud of you gettin in all that exercise! Actually, ALL of you are doing way better than me in that area. I am really gonna try harder and get it done!
Barb, wii issues today? hey, I know it IS possible to lose that much, in my own experience it was always water. I tend to hold onto more than the average person. you have had a good week as well loggin food and exercising....am sure you'll be down in the am.

Kelly - there's no freakin way I lost that much weight in one week.... it would be too much off in one week for my frame.
And my clothes are not fitting more loose. Yesterday, I got me a cute bra/set and I was filling the cup quite well. If I had lost 11lbs, I would have needed some padding to fill the bra cup.
When I got on a scale here at work, there was a 3lb gain from last week's weigh in.
I used this work scale as an estimate of what I could really be at so when I get on wii tommorrow I don't get all freaked out when it says I've gained weight.
I hope I haven't gained weight... I felt I was doing well w/being under calories & exercising. Hoping for at least 1/2lb loss. So, we'll see.0 -

:drinker: Hi all, well I went to the derm doctor on wednesday and he took me off the steriods :smooched: and today I weighed in at 192....not where I want to be BUT not at 200 like last week.
Feeling better BUT the hives arnt GONE they are here I am just leaving them alone. and exercise seems to make them worst...BUT I need to exercise. Been going on the running track on base and skating, it is a good track ...walking too... so I decided to change my ticker to skating and walking miles outside of my regular practice good luck to the others sorry I haver been half here0 -

Well I just wanted to pat myself on the back, this is the first week that I did exercise everyday :drinker: I have not been this consistant for a while. It has only been 30 mins during the week and raking on week end, but it is a start since that binge a couple of weeks ago.

According to wii -- it's 162.7 -- down & down in BMI.
I did the weigh in 3x this morning. Second and third try came up w/the same weight/bmi.
I still think it's a bit too much of a one week loss for my frame. And I still don't "see or feel" the loss.
I'll take it and see what next week brings.

just returned home from my parents/party....I'm tired! not one thing healthy there, so let's just say I'm lookin forward to tomorrow! hot dogs, chili, pasta salad, rice krispy treats, misc snacks, smores....scavenger hunt (my team won!), silly/krazy string and the kids had fun entertaining themselves, so we didn't get to our 'ghost stories'. fun time had by all. I smell like a bonfire....
worked on staining our deck for about 5 hours earlier. hope to finish tomorrow.
wow Barb!! the lower 60's! that is my GOAL! how'd the show go? love that other beauty you been eyein' as well! COOL!
Cindy ~ I am very proud of you too! It really is a good feeling when you realize all the time and effort you made to exercise! I was looking back at my logs....my stretch ended in early Sept! I just gotta find my groove again! really falling behind on the miles/challenge.
Vita ~ concerned about your hives....hope they disappear soon for you. I just bought some material a couple of weeks ago to make pillow cases for my son ( he likes to lounge on king size pillows on our futon in the basement when he is playing Xbox), and my sister is doing a project for her 4-H group and wanted me to sew a few for examples. Might just have to check this out! Love it!

Good morning all!!
Sorry MIA over the weekend. Still trying to get back into the swing of things with house and work.
Took my babies (great neice and nephew to the punkin patch Saturday and walked all over the place. Pic later I swear.
Spent all day Sunday doing laundry, and it still not done. All spent the whole day in allergie hell dut to punkin patch Saturday. I think sitting on the hayt did me in.
So back to work this week and hope to have another week of 5 dyas of workouts.

Good Morning Pepper's,
Well my teeth are killing me, I was down all week end, (sorry did not check in), was taking the pain killers until they made me sick to my stomach, now just on advil and still cant eat anything cold. Good news is stayed under calories even though got no exercise. I see the dentist again on saturday (hope the infection is gone and they can fix what ever is wrong) going on two week of pain. :sad: :grumble:
Glad eveyone did well, have a good feeling we all will be looser on Friday

Saturday & Sunday I didn't log in calories..... didn't last week either....
Still unsure if wii fit was right. I am interested in seeing what this week's weight is.
Especially, since I need to watch food intake. I'll have limited after work exercise periods.
Tonight - heading to friends house
Tuesday - probably drop minivan off for service
Wednesday - Mopar car club event -- taking the plum crazy out for ride.
Thursday - Cub Scout pack meeting
Friday - Cub Scout Den meeting
So.... I gotta watch the calories this week.
At lunch period one of Dave's army buddies came to my desk to offer me out for lunch. And he would buy me lunch --- flip side was I had to transport him & 3 of his buddies to the local fast food joint.
And I have the plum crazy charger today.... let me say, it was a sight -- one Air Force female and four male Army soliders.
My plum crazy isn't used to all this "men" in her.....0 -

Jacque I am there with you on the HAY went to a haunted house on base and the pumpkin patch and rode on hay both times and lets just say if i didnt have hives already all over my body then I did following both events:(

WEll Hives are still bad, all over my face everyday now but thank the lord that my throat is staying open!!! derm doc is a flop! he wants to perscribe me a dose of allergy pills that is illegal so my pharmacy wont fill them. I called and told his assistant that and she wants me to find a different place to get them!!! OUTRAGED I tell you plus on base I dont have to pay...so they want me to take illegal doses of meds that my place wont give me and pay out of my pocket?? WRONG! I have hit a corner with this problem and am not taking anything which makes it all worst! besides the fact it makes me feel very down. Still going to practice tonight maybe that will help my mood

afternoon ladies! this made my day...seeing you all post! did my am route then went to the hospital. MIL had partial knee surgery. all went well and I could not believe they had her up and walking on it 2 1/2 hrs later. amazing. she hopefully will come home tomorrow.
thinkin I want to put another coat of stain on our deck ( just the floor ). have 1/2 day tomorrow, field trip Wed & Thurs and football Fri. some where in there I need to mow, finish laundry ( what I started, lol ), bathe my puggers and vacuum.
gonna watch DWTS and then hope to get some extra sleep tonite.

Ms.V- have they figured out what cause the hives? Have you done any patch testing. My son is allergic to famaldihide found in clothing and we have to buy him cotton only no polish cotton either. We also have to use like all free and clear and pure products for soap and shampoo. When he was a baby all he could eat was organic food- No perservatives, Now since he older if he eats too much ready made food he gets sick. So we limit his perseervatives. But the patch testing could really help0 -

Hi all... raining so it's a minivan kind of day...
Last night I went to a friend's house. Well, they eat out a lot and head out to the resturant usually at 8pm.
So, I am thankful I had a protein drink, a snack size applesauce & pears BEFORE seeing them.
Then got just a salad when we went out.
Had a bagel for breakfast & don't feel like eating lunch. Ate a can of soup --- felt I had to eat something.... something light...
Hope all is in better health today.
Off to a staff meeting... bye0 -

Just got back from my walk.
MissVita thank you, I just felt so proud to do it everyday. I am seeing dentist again on Saturday hope he fixes the problem, the pain is bad. But still managing to get food in.:laugh: My brother had bad allergies and they did the patch test on him too. Knowing what is causing them helps keep them away.
Jacque you are doing so good, just get back on track one day should not affect you.

Kelly I agree everyone is doing great checking in. I also see everyone is staying on track for the most part. You are doing great. Keep it up and we will be at a healthy weight soon :bigsmile:

Sindy&Jacque~ Yes I have been patch tested twice and am allergice to nothing!! I know it makes no since to me either? Who knows where or what they will do next.
Well having a good day gonna bring the hubby with me to practice tonight it is endurance night so I hope that he will throw up:) LOL hope to get some walking in there as well today! got 2 halloween parties to go to next week i do believe so we are dressing up as pirates it will be the first time i have dressed up since I was a kid! should be fun!0 -
hey my pepper friends.... crazy day here...did finish staining our deck. looks like our weather is gonna start getting more 'fallish' soon. c'mon trees, drop them leaves! yard work galore! went to appt w/dh...he had one polyp come back as adenomatous. has to go again in 3 yrs. most of his blood work was ok, his sugar was 113 and trigs were near 250. dr suggested exercise, eat less sugar and fats....and light beer..... hmmmm. MIL is home now and doing good with knee. slept pretty good last nite, but didn't eat the best today, upset tummy now.

Regarding a Halloween costume... i got the bird for the pirate costume. My blue parakeet will sit on your shoulder.
We got invited to a crazy hat halloween party. The host feared a costume party would be no one interested in wearing a costume so she went to a crazy hat party. Of course my dave asked if it's a "hat only" party. And he knew where to stragetically place his hat. Gotta love his sense of hurmor.

I been doing sooo godd with working out. I am on my 3rd week of working out M-F alternating weights with cardio. But once again I went home and ate over 400 calories. I eat breaskfast, lunch and snack but after workout I am starving and I over eat at dinner. So need to find an happy medium. Because I cant keep doing this:frown:0 -

My suggestion is add more protein. That's what the trainer/nutritionist told me.0 -
jacque, yes, what Barb said, add protein. also, try to have a healthy fat with most of your meals/snacks...whole/unsalted nuts (i like almonds and walnuts), peanut butter. try to eat WHOLE grains/complex carbs. these will keep you fuller, LONGER. i have air popped popcorn most evenings for my snack ~~ FIBER. it keeps me full too, and 3 cups is a nice size. it's not easy, I KNOW! might wanna try to drink a full glass of water just before each meal/snack too. good luck! off to pumpkin farm with 60 1st graders!0

Jacque I know how you feel. Doing great all day then after i eat supper I dont want to stop and snack on everything I can get my hands on. If I dont see it I wont eat it, also stay away from the kitchen after dinner. It is hard but keep reminding your self how you will feel if you over eat, I get mad at myself and feel really bad. But I have been doing better when staying away from the kitchen after dinner. Will power is very hard but you can do this :flowerforyou:
Kelly my big tree in the yard has been dropping leaves every where for a month now. This week end will have to rake again (:drinker: exercise) :laugh:0 -
Jacque:) the hard part is exercising and you are doing GREAT on that:) I would make your snacks more filling and maybe make dinners something that if you want more it wouldnt hurt you to have more. I like some of the recepies on the jennie o website. They are some of the recepies from the biggest looser and they are simple to make, and you get to pick what caloric range you want a meal to be! I love the mini chipotle meatloafs it takes a whole 30 mins or less to make and most of the items are on hand.
Took hubby to practice lastnight and it wasnt typical endurance practice;( but he got to sweat which is what he needed! and at the end we did 50 laps and i must say I was moving my feet for all 50 of them! and i finished in 10 mins and 30 seconds! that is pretty amazing!
found a loose 30 by christmas group on here and I joined hope that i can do it....but with the pumpkin shake for jack in the box after practice lastnight Im not starting right!!!!:( TODAY is a new day and I am gonna make it count:)0
