Help me with setting macro targets?

Hi, can somebody please help me with calculating the right macro targets? The protein, fat and carbs. I've got a 1200 calorie limit.
I've tried from the link here on the community page, but it didn't turn out right.
I got body fat of 31.12% according to website tests, as I'm 81kg, and Im not doing any exercise.
Help appreciated.

    First, I'm guessing you have your weight loss goal to 2 pounds per week, and at 11 kg to lose (24 pounds), it should be around .5 pounds to 1 pound at the MOST. 1200 calories is just too small.

    If you can post your height and current weight, it will be easy to give you the correct calorie amount.
    Once you have the right calorie amount, MFP will set your macros automatically to 50/25/25 Carbs/protein/fat. I moved mine to 45/30/25 for more protein. The protein should be seen as a MINIMUM not a maximum.
