    it took me 7 months of heavy lifting to get my butt...and I am quite proud of it atm..pic can be found on my profile.

    So expect to put in the time OP...regardless of what exercise you do.

    Add a barbell on your shoulders while you squat and you'll get even better results than just body weight squats. :wink:
