24 Hour Challenge - May

Options
I love the 24hr exercise challenge. I don't always make it but I usually exercise more because of this challenge.
Some people are able to go way over and some don't make it but have fun trying. We had phenomenal participation last month!

The challenge is to exercise a total of 24 hours in the month of May... Good luck everybody!

Here goes:
May 1 - Thurs 30min walk (23hrs 30min left)

May 1: 60 min., 18.4 miles on the DeskCycle + 3 min planks (1 min basic, 1x2 min sides)

I get a port installed in my chest on Tues. May 6 and start chemo on Thurs. May 8. I have no idea how the side effects will hit me. I'll stop my planks after May 5. Will keep on with the DeskCycle however I can, especially since exercise is supposed to help me get through this. Good news: both the MUGA scan (which checked my heart) and PET scan show me to be a strapping, healthy gal (that is, except for cancer). Got my battle mojo on! :drinker:

Thank you so much for updating us. So glad your heart is in good shape too! The port makes things so much easier than in the olden days when they had to stick you every time. My friend is almost done with hers and you'll be there soon too, although it will probably feel like a long time, it does pass. So impressed that your continuiing to work out!
