Thank you so much!4 -
NSV I zipped up my faux leather jacket for the first time since buying it six + months ago!!!
There's still a gap of like two inches at the bottom when it's open though. Turns out it's pretty stretchy.18 -
My picture on the ring camera looked pretty good. And I limited myself to 2 pieces of candy after dinner last night.18

My skin is healing. I had some weird bumps and skin tags that I had wanted to ask my dermatologist to remove... well they're disappearing on their own now.24

I won plank contest in my yoga class! 💪Two minute plank hold and a second longer than the person who came in 2nd place!27

Wonderful! Dimples are beautiful.11

My NSV is running 5 km without stopping earlier today. 6 months ago I couldn't make it 250 meters without a break.

My NSV is that I wore a really cute outfit to Mass & dinner last night - it’s one that I haven’t been able to fit into in several years. But didn’t have the heart to get rid of, since I loved it so much. The pants were actually a little bit too big, but not sloppy l, so I could wear them. It felt so good!24

Down 3 sizes of jeans, was 26W, now fitting easily into 20W. Happy with progress so far, and will be even happier when I no longer need to wear plus sizes…27

One of my sisters and her husband came to visit, and I ate in restaurants multiple times without overdoing it! I packed up half my meals to go, and we shared desserts three ways. We also walked a ton, so that helped (I live near an amazing natural wonder). What really surprised me is how quickly I got full, and that outside of meals, I wasn’t hungry at all. I guess after two months of religiously MFPing, my body is adjusting to the fact that it just doesn’t need as much food. The real shocker after all this is that the scale moved downward (!), but the other stuff feels more significant.28

Super impressive @history_grrrl! Restaurants are so tough.4

Thanks, @MurphmomSparkles! I did spend an inordinate amount of time figuring out what to get (one place had calories listed on the menu, so that helped), but I didn’t always get the healthiest thing - and it was a big relief to realize it didn’t wipe out all my progress.9 -
I helped my husband carry a large cherry dresser upstairs. That thing was HEAVY even without tge drawers, but I managed. It felt great that he didn't have to call one of his friends to come over.27

I haven't deactivated my account. I'm logging some of my food, eating more mindfully and using my free-weights at least once a week.
(That's all I've got for now.)26 -

That's a good one!5 -
I no longer need to buy XL tops, I am buying L size Tshirts! And when I look down I don't see my belly anymore!25

New yoga pose - one armed flamingo - on first try - now just need to get other toe off the ground as well!! I feel it is near in my future!!33 -
Took me 30 minutes to get dressed this morning. Today's the first day I didn't wear shorts. First pants I put on--too big, goodwill box. Second pants--too big, goodwill. Etc. Finally found some Capris.25

I'm below 110kg 😊18

My NSV is simply getting back on track! I went and got a full physical and meeting with other professionals to track everything. This last year had been the hardest of my whole life and has affected my health and it’s time to get back to where I used to be! 💪🏼19

I brought my A1c down from a 6.3 (pre-diabetic) to a 5.4! My AST and ALT have also lowered! Goodbye Pre-Diabetes! Fatty Liver, you're next!

This is more of a scale victory😬, but I hit 5% of body weight lost today.
I had a nice loss this week. Still a thought crept in that I still way x pounds and that's terrible. So I told the thought to f off!17 -
Some of my recent NSVs are:
Lost 12 inches around my stomach
Went down from a tight 50 to loose 40 waist
Went from a 6x to a 2x for shirt sizes
Got back to weightlifting and cardio

My A1C dropped by 2.5 - Woot! Also, a pair of pants I bought at the beginning of the year I can't wear because they fall off now - Double Woot!20
-
@uSeRnAmEiSiNVaLiDeRrOR 12 inches?! That is some serious progress, wow 😎👍
@mnhughes22 DoubleWoot, indeed! I’m going to have my A1C checked in a couple weeks, and I hope to be like you. May your next pair of pants begin to fall off in short order 😁10 -
I woke up today really wanting breakfast from my local diner. I am on vacation this week and it's been a little rocky since I don't have work taking up much of my day. I opened up Seamless, made a few choices, and got to checkout when I hesitated and asked myself if I really wanted to continue to sabotage 2 1/2 months worth of effort. Then I logged out and made my regular calorie-budgeted breakfast. But it wasn't easy!26

@takinitalloff Thank you! I legit carry 95% of my weight in my stomach/waist. I looked like I was pregnant with triplets. I still have around 75 pounds (give or take) to lose but getting there!!11

My NSV is I did not worry. For the last week we have had family staying with us (haven't seen them for two years) and a total week of celebrations. Last Sunday we had "Thanksgiving dinner with all the apps, wine and trimmings at my nieces new house, today is my birthday. I will only be 3/4 of a Century once so there will be rack of lamb, good wine and THE CAKE (DH makes a chocolate four layer cake filled and iced with homemade whipped cream).
My weight went up to the top of my maintenance range but today is back at the bottom. I did not resist treats or be that annoying person who picks at dinner and today...LET ME EAT CAKE.
It was worth the joy and sharing and I just go back to tracking if the expected spike doesn't go back down.
I know this may not work for everyone but I feel empowered.21
