I crossed my legs at the knees for the first time in about a decade!19

@Seabee_74 That is amazing! Thanks for sharing about the water. I can't swim but I've been thinking about joining a water aerobics class.
@GSPsnBees Way to go! I remember, it's a great feeling, but honestly is not good for the legs.5 -

I sized down my ring size from 9 to 8. Hubby bought me a new band for our anniversary to help keep my wedding ring on until I am done with weight loss and ready to resize it.6

I wore holes under the seat bones on my cycling pants.17

I didn't have to wiggle to get into the seat at the hockey game last night. After 30 lbs gone, I slipped right into the seat. I could feel the seat sides just touching my hips as I sat down but no more moving hip side to side to get in and then living with the gouging all game.21

This last month has seen work stress, exhaustion, and now a nasty cold. All of that has kicked my motivation down a bunch. Despite all of that, I'm still here, logging my food and managing to stay on target most days. Am I where I wanted to be a month ago? No, but the old me would've given up entirely. I'll take it as a win.28

Needed to bring the seat in my car forward a bit and tighten my jeans belt by a notch!23

I went to the doctor Friday, I was running late due to traffic so I barely noticed when she took my vitals. Normal blood pressure, BMI down from 45 to 37 (a work in progress)28

My NSV today is that I have noticed that when I walk I actually walk....not waddle. I no longer feel like a lumbering elephant.26

We have a pond near our house that has a walking path with some small hills around it (about 1/2 mile around). When I first started walking around it, I would have to stop 1/2 way and rest before doing the other half to get home. Two days ago, I walked around it 5 times for a total of over 2 miles without stopping. This has taken me over a year to get to this point. I still have a long ways to go, but the increase in stamina is a real plus for me.34

Hey that is awesome! Trying to remember something from physics class wayyyy back, lol--a body in motion, stays in motion, or something like that, but don't ask me who's law that is, please. Anyway, you have found a sweet spot in your journey. Enjoy it and keep on going. Congrats!
Gosh, there are so many neat accomplishments here and interesting posts. I could read all day and still not cover them all.
What an interesting website with so many interesting stories, journeys and successes.
That would be Sir Isaac Newton. That would be his First Law of Motion. But it's not talking about "bodies" as in human bodies.
And at the same time, Newton's First Law also states that a body at rest will remain at rest unless acted upon by an outside force. In the case of us humans, we can be that external force to change our bodies from being at rest to being in motion.
See what I did there?
