I was really into indoor climbing for about five years, although that was at least 7 years ago. I went climbing yesterday, and had to adjust the leg loops of my harness to make them smaller!18

I booked a Segway tour for vacation, first time ever; I am under the weight limit!20

I deadlifted 110kg which is 20kg more than my body weight. Finally managed to back squat 100kg too. Want to start on bench press but have a dodgy shoulder.17

I put back the Oreos I was going to eat and got a fresh chickpea salad instead. I also didn’t drink any alcohol today. After the last three days of gluttony, I managed to get back on track, and my confidence in my ability to maintain healthy habits is growing.23

You made my day hahaha, thank you!4 -
My eyesight is getting better...things are not as blurry anymore!
My hair is growing like weeds, so much thicker and healthier looking and feeling.
I am sleeping so soundly and so much longer every night now--gone are the days of waking up multiple times per night and/or not sleeping well at all. I'm literally sleeping like a baby now and waking up refreshed instead of exhausted--that's soooo cool and FUN!
I can touch my toes (ya know, head, shoulders, knees and toes) with no problems at ALL...this is miraculous to me.
My stamina is getting better and better more each day. I set my elliptical for 15 minutes and did 20 minutes instead. I set my stationary bike for 10 minutes and did 15 minutes instead--BOOM and YAY!!!!

No weight gain from Thanksgiving! I planned and ate anything I wanted in the past week while still being mindful of my portions. I usually weigh daily I decided not to last week because that was my week to indulge. I ate somuch I gave up logging dinner because I couldn't keep track of everything. I just weighed myself this morning and no change. Not even a sodium weight gain. I did continue to walk and count steps but dropped down from 14-15,000 to 10,000 steps.
I met family members I hadn't seen in years and everyone was shocked. Some couldn't recognize me anymore First thing my aunt said was you have lost enough. I told her my BMI is still overweight and when I consistently like my blood pressure numbers I'll stop. I'm working hard to prevent heart disease. it worked and no more comments about losing toomuch. Everyone wanted to know my secret. I said I burn more than I eat. It's straightforward science plus using myfitnesspal.22 -
When I put on my coat this season it was way too big. It also got really dirty and the zipper started sticking so I went to buy a new one and I was swimming in coat after coat until my friend said girl, put that d@mn large back, you are a small. I couldn't believe it til I put it on and it fits beautifully! A size small coat! I'll never forget being on the cusp of a 4x and now, size small. It's surreal.38

I’m wearing a size 12 button up shirt that I had originally purchased in 2013! That’s down 2 sizes from where I started! Pants are still a bit snug 14, but the weight around my hips/stomach will come off eventually!19

Did a little Black Friday shopping and bought some winter white pants. White pants. In a slim ankle fit...in a size 2. ! They’re a little stretchy and possibly the most comfy and flattering thing I’ve put in in ages...so I bought two more pairs in black and navy. I had a great time letting the shop lady dress me up like a mannequin—I felt so svelte and sophisticated, not my usual plain Mom self. Embraced the feeling and got a few more daring/fashionable things than I normally gravitate toward.
Aaaand, after about 4 Thanksgiving dinners, I tucked my slim fit tee in to a pair of skinny jeans to go out last night. No post weekend bloat/feeling like a blob. Guess those 6 am wake ups to work out helped!29 -
I was able to wear a bra from before I had my second child (over two years ago). And actually, the band size is almost too big now...
Also, looked at some measurements from over 3 years ago when i weighed less than I do right now - my belly is 3 inches smaller today than it was then. Thank you strength training!27 -

Already planning the next one.
Such a great feeling when you accomplish this. I did my first Century in August. Surprisingly it wasn't near as hard as I thought it would be.
This fall I haven't been able to get out on the bike much and was thinking I would not make it to 3000 miles for this year but after a usually warm week I was able to get in 4 rides for a total of 108 miles and making it to 3000 by end of year now seems possible. 88 miles to go12 -

I have a Jazzercise class starting in 45 minutes, but I am so unmotivated to go, even though I'm dressed for it. It's cold outside and I've had a busy day, just want to stay home.
I just finished reading the latest postings in this thread, you all have motivated me. I'm going to grab my keys and go. Thanks everyone!41 -
Today is my tape measurement day and I have lost 6.25 inches in all my tracked measurements since last month and a total of 11 inches since my first measurement in August. I was really skeptical of doing more than just weighing in, but seeing the numbers over the course of a few months has totally made me a believer.16

I was in one of my regular restaurant yesterday for smoked chicken and cabbage, during lunch. I noticed one of the servers paying attention to me. She was not my server and the restaurant was very busy. I have never spoken to her other than maybe giving her my order so when she made time to come and speak to me it set me off balance. She asked how much weight I had lost and how I was doing it! You could have blew me over with a feather.
Made my day! I told her it was the smoked chicken and greens I was eating rather than the fried chicken and fries I once ate. 95 days in and the stranger notices!32 -
I was finally able to OHP 135 lbs. yesterday.25

Tried a different grocery store yesterday to pick up a few things and they had Butter Rum Lifesavers my favorite. I had two last night and one this morning and then left the rest of the package at home. Old me would have eaten the whole package in one evening.
Got in a 20 mile bike ride yesterday. Loving the warm weather we have been having.17 -
When shopping for clothes ( in stores and online), I no longer look at/for plus size clothes anymore-this is really a HUGE and game-changing break-thru for me. I've ONLY shopped/search for plus sizes for soooo very many years--wow!
I now just look at sizes large or extra large AND only in so-called "regular" sizes and they're fitting (sometimes with room to spare). I'm even tempted to begin looking at/for size mediums, just for the fun, hopefulness and faith of it all. This is sooooo EXCITING to me!!!! YAY and WOW again.19 -

You look like a million bucks (tax-free) in that dress! I really love the color and I'm old school, I think a small waist and hips (hour glass figure a.k.a smaller waist-line and hips) looks fabulous and ultra feminine.
