    Haha thanks - I’ve re-found some in my arms and legs too but I don’t think I’ve ever seen the one in my shoulder before!

    @wanderingarcher Thank you ! It's all working out, too ... I managed to run 4.6 miles this morning - and I only stopped because I didn't want to overdo it. I could have gone longer. Enjoy your day :)
