I have a solution, but you may not like it. Get rid of some of your damn animals! It looks like you're spending most of your waking hours feeding something or taking care of an animal. Just a thought. Your day looks exhausting!

Your mistake is not having an entire POT of coffee before you do anything else on that list!

I have some suggestions to make your day easier:

1: Your FIRST step should be coffee.

2: Get a pump and a sprinkler system with an automatic timer. (eliminates the drag the hose around thing)

3: Fence in your yard and get a dog door. Never walk the dogs again.

I bet most of those have names.. Once you name it, there's no way you can eat it.

Not quite sure what you're looking for here. Sympathy?

I'm with the person who said to get rid of your animals since they are totally taking up the majority of your day. Why do you have so many animals? What's the purpose? Are they pets? Are you selling the baby chicks/ducklings? Are you raising them to eat later? Are you raising the chickens for the eggs to eat? I'm confused . . .

Considering that the seizure duck was handfed more than once, I doubt they're being raised to be eaten. Perhaps the eggs only. There are also people that purchase live animals off people like this. (I know this from my friend, not personal experience thank goodness).

yep! honestly you don't really need to get an intentional "work out" in; it looks as though most of your day is active with manual labor and that's a helluva work out all by itself. i wouldn't worry about additional planned exercise.

Probably could've cranked out a body weight circuit or a run in the time that it took you to document your day.

I'm busy, you're busy, everybody and their brother is busy. You can't just "find" time, you have to "make" time.

Well, you walk your dogs 6 times a day. That's exercise. Why not run with them 2-3 times a day and spend the time other 3 times you would be walking them doing T25 or something.

Also, I'm sure this isn't everyday. I don't know anyone who gives their animals flea medicine on a daily basis.

While your feeding your other animals you could incorporate squats or lunges as you go. Even get some jumping jacks in there.

And you must have some free time as you have over 500 posts

not true. i grew up on a small farm, participated in 4-H, had sheep and cows that we named (even a rooster named Foghorn who got the hatchet finally after attacking my dad), and then slaughtered for delicious meals. As a kid i'd be eating one of our chickens, sheep, cows and i would wonder aloud if i was eating 4 paws or moonshine (i named moonshine - i was like 5 y/o and had no idea what moonshine was in reality. just that the moon is pretty and it shines. lol). Creeped my big sister the **** out, but i was just innocently curious. lol. this may be TMI about my mental state for you all....
