I'm looking forward to seeing a lot of my friends that I quietly avoid ever since putting on this weight because I look so out of shape. I also will put on elegant and comfortable clothes, though when thin, everything looks good on! It's like increasing one's wardrobe ten fold in an instant -- definitely looking forward to that!0

Hello to all the Newbies and welcome to the challenge!
Its not to late to shed some LBS before XMAS! There are 7 weeks before XMAS meaning that a loss of 2.8 lbs a week will result in a loss of 20lbs for XMAS! However, there are people taking part in the challenge with smaller goals. Whatever your goal, join in for motivation and support !
This site is free. Not much in life is, so I suggest we all utilise it as best we can! Follow the thread and report your weight loss each week.

I only lost the pound I gained the week before0

I only lost 0.2 pounds this week, which is better than I thought I would do considering I haven't been eating as healthy and working out regularly. But today is a new day and I'm going to try and stay motivated and focused. I bought a new winter jacket that was too small and I'm hoping to fit in it comfortably by the end of this challenge. hows everyone doing this week? seems to be less chat on here lately!
well i had a chinese on saturday night and have had a few naughties this week but i've also done longer workouts so hoping it will balance out a little.
hope everyone is still feeling motivated, i think the idea of this challenge is stopping me giving up and keeping me motivated!0
