    I have been a big guy my entire adult life, but in 2008 I broke my leg and ankle and started not doing anything outside of work, and I really started packing on the pounds, fast forward to this year and I woke up on New years day (2014) and I felt horrible, I was sweating and had shortness of breath and I was just laying there, it was awake up I needed. I decided to create an account on MFP and start my new lifestyle. I work out daily and keep my calories within the required numbers. I am so proud of myself and thought I would share my progress so far.
