    Coffee with Cream and sugar *sorry i'm an addict* =)
    4 oz fresh strawberries
    2 egg whites

    I'm not a huge breakfast eater... I had a boiled egg and some fresh strawberries oh yeah I had to stop at sonic for my large Un-sweet iced tea to drink on at work.

    I had my normal Starbucks Mocha Frappuccino (9.5oz) bottle and a Quaker Chewy peanut butter and choclate chip granola bar. We are having a Cinco de Mayo pitch-in at work today so I'm planning to not eat very well so I didn't want to over do breakfast.

    Overnight oats (mix and let sit in the fridge overnight): 1c plain Greek yogurt, 1/4c old fashioned oats, 1 packet Truvia, 1c berries. Yum!

    Srambled egg
    2 slices of whole wheat toast with strawberry jam
    5 oz of greek yogurt
    4 oz of fresh pineapple. ( like to dip it in my yogurt)
    24 oz of water.

    Snack time will be a fresh pear :)

    Breakfast is my main meal of the day! I usually have a big breakfast (if I can afford the time, and I definitely try to make the time!) and then a medium lunch and a small dinner. I find it helps me sleep better.

    THIS morning, I made breakfast tacos:

    3 small flour tortillas
    2 eggs + 1 egg white, scrambled
    1 piece thick cut bacon, diced
    1/4 cup cheese
    1 cup strawberries (as a side)

    I don't really use much salt on my food because I'm watching my blood pressure, but there's plenty of flavor from the bacon and cheese. I added a few drops of tobasco as well :)

    1/2 cup wholegrain rolled oats
    1/2 cup unsweetened organic soymilk - (I used a little more for the bowl above)
    1/2 cup fat free yoghurt
    1 cup berries (although; yesterday I had sliced banana - and it was scrummy!)
    1 tsp agave nectar
    1 dash cinnamon (okay; I like more than a dash)

    I'm on a smoothie kick since I got my Ninja blender. This morning:

    1 frozen banana
    handful of strawberries
    handful of blueberries
    1 scoop Vega powder (berry today)
    1 cup almond milk
    1 tbsp shredded coconut

    I had been putting spinach and/or beets in them as well but just ran out of both.

    I absolutely LOVE my ninja blender!

    Don't have a pic but:

    Two pieces of rye bread from near the end of the loaf (so semi-small-ish), toasted with half a tbsp of peanut butter on each.
    Two eggs scrambled with cracked pepper and green onion.
    Three large strawberries cut up on the side.
    And a mug of mint herbal tea :)

    Altogether makes around 480 calories and 23 grams of protein!

    3 Bananas
    3 Brown Organic Eggs
    Cinnamon
    Mash bananas and mix in eggs and cinnamon, throw on a griddle with coconut oil and they are delicious!

    I trade off either a protein shake made with light almond milk or a smoothie with light yogurt and fruit (sometimes a smoothie with peanut butter)
