    Grated parmesan. Then melt for 30 seconds in the microwave. Fantastic gooey mess.

    Kernal Seasons White Cheddar seasoning. Serving size is 1/4 tsp at 2 calories. So not bad. Kinda high in sodium at 75mg per serving, but unless your pouring half the bottle, not too bad. overall

    Yes the white cheddar topping is delish, though too salty. I also get Annies Macaroni powdered cheese and use that, much less saltiness and a hundred times cheesier!

    Some traditional Mexican topping and one mine and hubby's faves is sqeeze/drizzle about a tablespoon of lemon juice while shaking the popped corn then shake on:

    1. garlic salt
    2. cinnamon, tiny bit of steevia &salt (add a few drops of vanilla to the lemon juice before drizzling) YUM
    3. Dashes to taste of hot sauce (we like Frank's) and salt
    4. Cheese powder (about a tablespoon)

    The lemon juice btw enhances the saltiness of salt so you can get away with considerably less salt and it will still taste salty.

    Enjoy and experiment with your spice cabinet... research the spices used in the ethnic foods you love to go out for and use the combinations you find on your popcorn! Love teriyaki? Try a little steevia, soy sauce and a sprinkle of garlic salt! Oh drat now I just made myself hungry...time to walk the dog - again...lol

    Orange Dreamsicle Popcorn
    Makes 14 cups or 6 generous servings
    Ingredients:
    14 cups popped popcorn
    2 cups white chocolate chips
    Juice from one orange, about 1/3 cup
    Zest from one orange, about 1 tsp.
    1/4 tsp salt, optional

    Directions:
    In a large bowl add the popped popcorn. In a glass two-cup measuring cup, or other medium-sized microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate chips, orange juice, and orange zest. Microwave on high, stirring often, until the mixture is smooth and all the way melted, about 1 minute. Pour the hot chocolate mixture over the popcorn and stir to coat well. Dump the popcorn on a large baking sheet or a piece of waxed paper on the counter. Sprinkle with salt if desired. Let the popcorn sit until the chocolate sets, about 20 minutes. Eat as soon as the chocolate is set.

    Not as healthy as some of the others , but you could divide into 100 cal bags
