Movies that received terrible reviews that you liked

I'll start. I actually liked the Sergeant Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band movie. It's got Beatles songs, it's got the Bee Gees, Peter Frampton, Aerosmith, and Alice Cooper in it. I don't care what rotten tomatoes says. I like it.

I am not sure about the reviews, but I know that many people hate the movie "Cloud Atlas." I love it.

Krull - I love this movie. It's cheesy, but I love it.
Conan the Barbarian - the one with Arnold
    Conan the Destroyer
Red Sonja (I'm sensing a trend here)
    Dude, Where's My Car?

I'm sure I'll come up with more. I also like Armageddon, but someone already mentioned that.

A View from the Top with Gwyneth Paltrow
    and
Catch and Release starring Jennifer Garner.

Both somewhat cheesy chick flicks...but in my opinion, FAR better movies than MOST chick flicks out there.

That was a good movie with a good soundtrack. Definitely agree with you, even though it's not one of my favorites I'd give it 4 out of 5 stars for sure.

Cloud Atlas. I think it envelopes a scope of artistic vision that the modern movie industry is lacking. It's apparently not most people's cup of tea but I thought it was bloody brilliant!

I know I will get hate for this, but I actually liked 'Daredevil'. The thing is I don't like Ben Affleck, but this is the one movie I really liked him in.
