Routine suggestions

Short Version
Right now I'm lifting for about 45 - 60 minutes a day, 6 days a week. I'm thinking the lack of rest days is probably going to be detrimental in the long run.

However, to get all the lifts in I want in fewer days, I would have to be working out for close to 2 hours. I'm thinking that amount of time at once can build up cortisol, which isn't good either. At least, that's what I read.

So, just looking for opinions and suggestions.

Detailed Version
I love lifting heavy. Doing it in my garage, so access to equipment is limited. I've got dumbbells, a barbell, squat rack, ez-curl bar, cable pulley (high/low only).

Right now I have 6 main lifts that I do: OHP, Squat, Bench press, Deadlift, Pendlay row, Olympic snatch. I do one of these per day on a Wendler style progression. These lifts are non-negotiable ;) I'm not cutting them out of my program. But I will move them in a different order, or combine some on a day if needed. I don't think doing more than 3 in a day would be smart because of how heavy I go.

Then, I do 4 supplemental lifts. Typically 3 sets of 10 on each. These are primarily geared to correct weaknesses and shortcomings I've discovered over time. I'm open to adjusting these as needed. Replacing them with something else, etc.

MON - OHP, rear delt fly, clean & jerk, shoulder fly, skull crusher
TUE - Back squat, pistol squat, good morning, front squat, overhead squat
WED - Bench press, decline chest fly, decline bench, incline chest fly, incline bench
THU - Deadlift, back hyper extension, rdl, reverse hyper extensions, glute ham raise
FRI - Pendlay row, wide lat pull down, bicep curl, lat pull down, narrow lat pull down
SAT - Olympic snatch, sword draw, russian twist, oblique bend, shoulder shrug

Goals
I know somebody will probably ask what my goals are, so here goes.

Number 1: I want to be able to eat lots of food and not get fat. Goal achieved.
Number 2: I want to do those 6 main lifts and get stronger. Work in progress.

Thanks for your suggestions.
