Pasta is my Weakness!! Help!

    Cutting the amount of pasta you'd normally use in half and adding a source of protein - 3-4 oz. chicken/shrimp/fish will help keep you fuller longer and is definitely better for you than just have pasta with sauce or butter. Much more nutritious!
  • Just remember the "lean cuisine" meals are full of sodium (just like all processed ready made meals) You can have pasta,use whole grain pasta and ground turkey..it works great!
    My weakness is Carbs & sweets (chocolate)

    I have 3 rules about pasta, because plain and simple, I LOVE it too.

    No 1: I eat it once a week. No exeptions. No 2: When I do eat it, I make it. Therefore I know everything going into it. No. 3: I eat it on my heavy workout days or the evening before a heavy workout day.

    I like using the Cooking Light website, they have great recipes for lower calorie (even creamy) sauces.
