    Thank you all!! You sure know how to make a girl feel good!! I am 5'6. I do a Zumba class 2-3 days per week. I've just started incorporating weight lifting to tone and hopefully speed up this weight loss lol! I'm battering saggy skin now from being so stretched out. I use palmers cocoa butter to help. I normally eat Special K with a banana for breakfast with 1% milk. Lean Cuisine or salad for lunch. Dinner is whatever I cook for the family. No frying. Lots of grilling and baking. Like BBQ chicken breast, garlic roasted cauliflower, salad, and I always make a carb for my husband and kids. Mashed potatoes, noodles, rice etc.

    I have also learned from doing this for awhile that I don't always add in my calories. I mainly use it to look foods up.
