I am always open to new friends, and I don't ask for much. I don't stalk profiles to see if you've logged in, or require you to send a message with a request - unless someone is noticably annoying or creepy, I really don't care! I'm about 60 lbs down out of my total 113 to reach my goal, and have found the ability to give others tips and encouragement while receiving the same has been immensely helpful with staying on track.0

There was a thread posted a few days ago for those who want to lose 100 lbs. Many of the people on my friends list posted on it. I'm 46 and want to lose a person, I'm tired of carrying 2 people's weight around. I'm a single mom of a 15 and 17 year old. I've lost 21 lbs. since my highest weight. I have amazing awesome friends but wouldn't mind a few more. My diary is open.

I could use some friends too! I'm in my mid 20's. I've lost quite a bit, and have about 10-15 pounds left to go. I don't starve myself, but sometimes I eat less than 1200 calories a day (I do IF, and sometimes don't feel like eating back my exercise calories). If you're cool with that, please send me a request!0

Hi I'm Becc.
I could use some support, I just need someone to keep emphasising that this is what NEEDS to happen for me to be healthy and happy. I am slightly underweight at 52 kg at 174cm (115 pounds and 5'8"). I am trying to consume at least 2500 a day to be able to get to 58 kg or 127 pounds.
Any help would be great.
