    Updating the post with some new achievements :)

    I've now officially lost over 31 lbs (14.5 kgs) and yesterday I managed to complete my first 5k race. Sharing some pics with you all!

    You look amazing and you can definitely tell the difference! I completely understand not being able to see changes but your pictures definitely prove it!! I'm only 3 inches taller than you but at 225 and seeing your progress is such an inspiration! I'd love to add you as a friend if you don't mind? Congrats on the 5k, by the way. That's awesome!

    I had just been feeling the same way--that the progress wasn't showing how i thought it should, or that maybe i am just stuck halfway through. your pics are so motivating!! I am going to find some old and new ones of myself to get inspired again.

    thank you for being brave enough to share--it is just the kick in the pants i needed to get back on track!

    Thanks! Forgot to say that I´m now down to 160 lbs, moving from the "overweight-obese" limit to "overweight-healthy weight" slowly :)
