Time to check in with our progress! How's everyone doing?
For new people, here's the challenge...
Daily crunches, push ups, and lunges! We are posting our waist measurements to follow our progress on the crunches!
Also, what kind of numbers is everyone up to? Do as many as you can, I'm at:
Crunches - 400 per day
Push Ups - 50 per day
Lunges - 50 per day
It's never too late to join in! Give your metabolism a little jolt in the evening!

Last week's measurement: 28"

400 crunches a day! Wow. You must have abes of steel! I'll take your challenge starting today. I'm starting my diet and exercise so I know I won't be doing 400 crunches today but I'll do as many as I can.0

0 lunges (bad knees)
Down 8 lbs.

Oddly enough, no! Kidding - I do feel muscle under there, and I definitely feel that whole area looking better and feeling stronger. I've been trying on my two piece bathing suits, and we're getting closer, but not there yet!!!
Welcome :flowerforyou: - do as many as you can - I still only do 20 push ups - I find them hard, but I am trying to build up (I should mention again that I do them against the kitchen counter! No upper body strength to speak of!).0 -

Sorry I've been too busy to get on the site.
I partied at my college roomies wedding this weekend only to have monthly bloat so I haven't measured (figured it'd be to discouraging).
