    Time to check in with our progress! How's everyone doing?

    For new people, here's the challenge...
    Daily crunches, push ups, and lunges! We are posting our waist measurements to follow our progress on the crunches!

    Also, what kind of numbers is everyone up to? Do as many as you can, I'm at:

    Crunches - 400 per day
    Push Ups - 50 per day
    Lunges - 50 per day

    It's never too late to join in! Give your metabolism a little jolt in the evening!

    Okay I started last night at the last minute so I couldn't get all in that I wanted.

    Crunches: 100
    Push ups: 20
    Lunges: 0

    This is the kind of motivation I'm looking for...I can do this stuff, but don't really WANT to, ya know?

    this is what I have been doing...

    Crunches - 150 - 2 X a day
    Wall push ups - 80 2 X a day
    Lunges --- ?? haven't done them enough...will start them today
    Leg lifts -- 30 each leg 2 x a day
    Butt lifts -- 100 2 X a day

    and I do a Pilates video as often as I can each week .... tend to slack on that a little too much....need motivation!!!!

    Yesterday was my time in the gym so I did alot of cardio and a little of strenghth.

    I did
    Crunches: 0
    Push ups: 0
    Tricep dips: 30
    Lunges: 20

    GREAT!!!! 100 crunches is amazing (that's 100 more than I did :blushing: I watched the Office and then fell asleep -no crunches for me!

    I will re-post the topic on Monday and we can all check in with our stats!

    usually I do
    50 crunches
    25 wall push ups
    20 lunges

    I do this Mon-Friday

    can't seem to get in anymore at this time.

    Hey! I'd love to join :) I seem to have a bad neck though because it doesn't matter how I do the crunches (hands behind head, off to the side by ears, or straight out) I still strain my neck? What am I doing wrong?
