While these all look delicious, just be very careful kikityme because of the carb count from the oatmeal and fruit, etc. with diabetes.0

I put them in my smoothies all the time, I soak them for about 8 hrs beforehand and store it in the fridge to use for the next days smoothie. Just cover them with 1/2in to 1in of water and let it soak.0
