I think croakernorges point is that you can reach your goals without putting forign material in your body. It is a good point. One to think about. Be very careful what you use. Do lots of research and I do not mean on the sights that sell. If you are going to use, use products that amplify what you have naturally like cla. Stay away from designer products with stims. Yes, you can do it with no supplements, but if you choose so, choose carefully and wisely. That is the point of this thread, to help steer people to the good ''crutches'' that are safe, and away from the dangerous or useless gimmick products.0
