Just had a large lite caramel latte a bit ago (extra shot, no whip) but that's not really food.0 - 
            Probably a serving's worth of frosting while I was decorating my cupcakes. Didn't want it to go to waste! Funnily enough I'll still be under calories for the day since I was planning on a light dinner; will just skip the evening snack and it'll be fine. Sad that I don't get to try said cupcakes, but will get a piece of the cake version on Sunday, yay that.0

            I ate light today because I wasn't too hungry, and I gained some exercise calories.....so I had around 1000 available for dinner.
I made 1.5 serving of whole wheat spaghetti with a ground turkey sauce full of onions, peppers and broccoli. It was delicious and I still have decent calories left if I decide to have a decadent dessert.0 -

            Delicious blueberry coffee cake and an iced coffee from stands at the farmers market. I walked the two miles there today to help offset the calories.

            I ate skinless garlic and cumin seasoned chicken thigh over spinach, kimchi, and sauerkraut... 228 calories.
