Cheat or not to Cheat?

Dont think of them as "Cheat" days, but more as "Treat" days. Tell yourself - "I've done really well this week, so i'm gonna treat myself to an ice-cream!"
Nothing wrong with it at all, it'll keep your sanity intact!0 -
I do but I don't think of it as a cheat day. Someone put this pretty good in another post, but weight loss is a journey not a destination.
Enjoy your steak dinner and make sure you record everything. Even if you go over a 1,000 or 2,000 calories allow yourself this. If you're up for it you can spend a little extra time at the gym in the days following your steak dinner to help mitigate the damage. One day isn't going to kill your diet, just don't make it a frequent thing.0
