The purpose of bulking and cutting is to play with your calories enough to allow growth to occur.
That wasnt the "peaked" look. (A factor that has to do with electrolyte balance manipulation that produces the ultra dry look) so it is maintainable.
I enjoy eating more calories though and will start reverse dieting after this weekend.0 -
In the beginning my diet was 40:40:20.
At 4 weeks I began to carb cycle.
The last 4 weeks I ate a keto based diet.0 -

Superb buddy, just one question, how you did it..
Hard work man. Heavy training, lots of cardio (none in beginning, but then a few times a week, and in the last month sometimes 1 or 2x a day)
There is no shortcuts if you want to do it right; and based on BF estimation and strength maintenance, I dont believe I lost any muscle.
My calories never went super low, at 2800 at the lowest.
Take home message... BUILD MUSCLE EVERYONE.0 -
