    Knees caving are generally indicative of poor glute activation. Knees out is one cue to train this. Another one is to imagine "corkscrewing" your feet into the ground. Your feet don't move but you torque them outwards at the hip. Do this before you start the descent and all the way through to lockout. This does the same thing as "knees out" but is just a different way of thinking about the action.
