And I think I have strep throat. My tonsils are swollen, I am nauseous, having fever/chill switches, no appetite, and body aches.

I may be dying.

    I know someone who got a yeast infection in their throat...I'd get checked for that as well.

    Strep is a bacterial infection. You always have a fever with strep. Could be low-grade though.

    I should also note that ibuprofen helped to take down the swelling yesterday, but it came back around midnight and woke me up
