    Around 4L a day. I used to have a problem drinking enough water, but I've started drinking a full glass *before* meals and that helps get me up there!

    I've never counted, but I pretty much only drink water, except for a few lagers when I go out.

    I'm almost perpetually thirsty, I think it's because I've trained my brain to be that way since high school - I can't go more than an hour without wanting a glass of water. I tend to bring a water bottle with me everywhere I go.

    Are you just counting water? or do you count tea and 0 calorie drinks too?

    I drink maybe 2 to 3 cups. I feel like it has no barring on my weight loss. That whole myth of drinking water until your urine is clear is BS. Atleast for me it is. I can't account for anyone else.

    I drink an obscene amount - like 4-5 full Nalgene bottles' worth (each one is 32 oz). I have access to a water cooler at work so it's on like Donkey Kong all day long.

    I'm in the same boat! I have a 64 oz jug that I walk around with. I usually fill it and put a bag of dandelion root tea in it in the morning, and then refill with water 3-4 times a day. Starting to wonder if it's *too* much! But my body feels great so I'm not terribly concerned.

    I have a 500ml cup I try to fill 4 times a day making 2litres plus any cups of tea I drink (250ml cups from 2-6 a day maybe) I usually add cordial squash to my water to liven it up and thats about 10cals for a 500ml glass
