    So, the hotel I work at was originally a stage coach stop in the 1800s. It burned down in the 60s, so the fire alarm will go off in sections that don't even have smoke detectors. That was a fun night.

    I also have a picture of a shadowy figure that was on our surveillance camera. Looks like a person.

    I've also had the refrigerator door close on it's own, and that door is not light.

    And I've heard stories of a woman screaming down in the pool area, but when the front desk rushed to see what was going on, no one was there. Even guests heard the scream. (apparently a little boy drowned in the pool a while back)

    I've seen some strange things as well. One night after making the mistake of watching 'The Amityville Horror', the original one, I went to sleep and was awakened in a cold bedroom at 3am and rolled over and looked at the wall and saw a very dark figure sitting with its knees up against the wall watching me. Now the room was dark but this thing was even darker! Scared the crap out of me and I couldn't leave because he was near the door so i rolled over and threw the covers over the head, lol
