what days do you weigh yourselves?

I used to do it on Mondays to see if I put on anything over the weekend but I now do it Wednesdays as it's right in the middle.

I usually only weigh myself on Mondays and Fridays and Tuesdays and sometimes Thursdays and Wednesdays, occasionaly on Saturday and Sunday, also... :happy: I weigh myself A LOT.
I only update MFP on Mondays though. For MFP i weigh in the morning only wearing what the good lord gave me. Then we have a biggest loser challange at work and I weigh in around lunch in my workout clothes on Monday for that.0 -

I started mfp on a Tues and that's when I weigh myself It works out great for me. I dont want to change my day, as that. may cause me to lose a day of exercise or stress me out..0

I offically weigh in on Tuesdays, mostly because of a class I take to help lose, which is held at the V.A. But I sneak a peek every morning jus tto see the ups and downs. *grin*0

Wednesday morning. after I have been up for about 30 mins to get things moving, but before drinking/shower etc. naked of course lol. I used to do Mondays but decided the middle of the week was perfect, motivation for being good over the weekend and motivation to jumpstart my week on Monday.0

Thursdays. I drink on the weekends so I figure that by Thursday I will not be dehydrated AT ALL anymore so I won't get a false number. Idk it may be silly but it works for me!0

Thurs morning, naked and post wee. I joined on a thursday so that why I weigh on a thurs, I also like Thursdays because I am always bold at the weekend so I have a few days to rectify it before thurs0

I weigh in on a frdiay so i can treat myself over the weekend! then if i put any one over the weekend it will be off again by friday ! also in the mornings!0

Thursdays. it gives me a couple days to recover after a weekend of any "treats". it doesn't happen much, but incase I have a cheat day, it usually falls on a friday or saturday. Weighing in on thursday helps me get a more accurate weight after having a few days to refocus0

I weigh on Wednesday mornings because that's when I started. I don't weigh in between it keeps me going. I weigh first thing after the bathroom break of course and the removal of clothes. Oops did I just say that.0

Either on a Saturday or Sunday morning. For some reason, those are better weigh-in days. I think it's because I had more sleep the night before because I didn't have to get up early and rush around and get the kids to school and me to class.
I started MFP on a Tuesday, and used to weigh in on Tuesdays, but I found that I have better numbers on the weekend. Go figure. lol
Oh yeah, of course, in the morning, after using the restroom and before eating or drinking anything. :-)0 -
I also officially weigh in on Fridays in the morning (although I hop on the scale practically every time I'm in the bathroom-can't help myself. Kind of keeps me on track). I give myself a splurge day on weigh day...which sometimes spills over into the weekend.
I tried weighing only once a week- it was causing too much anxiety-which was making me want to turn to food. Better for me to know where I am. I do only measure once a month.0 -

I weigh myself every day, just so I can monitor what happens to my body when I eat certain things, but my official weigh in day is Monday because of several groups I've joined that weigh on Monday. I weigh around 12 in the afternoon, because it's most convenient for me, in my PJ top and my skivs, after using the bathroom. Works for me!0

I weigh myself every morning, right after I get up and pee (naked, of course - can't be weighing my clothes LOL), but I only log it in on MFP on Saturdays.0

I used to weigh on Wednesdays because that's when I started and I liked the idea of a mid-week weigh-in.
I now do Satrudays because - and I have no idea why this is - after I'm up for an hour or 2 (without eating or drinking of course) I weigh less! When I got up this past Saturday, I weighed myself immeidiately... 162.2. An hour later... 160.8 REALLY?!?!?
So I'm not taking any chances. I weigh myself when I get up, then I go do something else (like clean) for a little while and weigh myself again. It's almost always lower later in the morning.
Then I eat.
and OF COURSE naked and after I pee. I don't know how much my clothes and pee weigh, but I don't want to find out.0 -

I only log my weight once it drops and stays dropped for at least 2 days in the morning after going to the bathroom.
However, as far as how often I weight... Honestly? I weigh myself daily... and quite a few times daily to be honest. Every time I go to the bathroom, when I first get up, and before I go to bed. I don't find it depressing, I know it will be higher dressed/after meals/at night but I'm still in amazement that I've done so well staying on track so it's more of an encouragement than anything else!0 -
Mondays, because it's the beginning of a new week.
Tuesdays, because I don't want Tuesday to be lonesome.
Wednesdays, because it's "Hump Day."
Thursdays, because it's my free-est day of the week.
Fridays, because it's my busiest day of the week.
Saturdays, because, well, I can.
Sundays, because it's the Lord's day.
Always, first thing in the morning before water, pills or food, after going to the bathroom, and with nothing on.

Seriously... I can't believe you have this much self control. Once a month!!! I said I was going to do every other week. I had to have my husband literally take my scale from me to stop me from weighing in every day 5 times!
I'm a little better now. Maybe I only weigh... 3 or 4 times unofficially. I'm pathetic.
