    My fun things would have to be fishing with my honey, playing frisby with my dog, and taking nature walks.

    Starting today I have made a conscious effort to make smart and healthy choices. So I'm looking forward to my weigh days. Even though I may not lose at first I know that if I'm working hard then the results will come.

    Still stuck and hovering...and royally pissed off! If I can't get under this number, what makes me think I can get down to a normal weight? Not giving up but really angry with the scale right now. Oh, and according to MFP, I should be down to 183 in 5 weeks if I keep eating like I've been eating. I don't see how that's going to happen if I can't get past this stupid number!!!

    Oh hell why not. I was doing this for Feb/Mar/Apr and then I had a very stressful elongated house move and managed to gain 10lb (which is arguably better than murder, right?) so... here we go. I'm back.
