Total weight lost: 1.2lbs That is probably more than I deserve. I have had a very difficult and stressful month so I am more than pleased with even that meagre loss.
Positives are my cycling average speed has increased from 11.9mph to 12. 6mph.
Had a lovely weekend away with some superb walks

3 things I'm lookiing forward to this month
1. Weekend away end of this month. Lots of walking in a beautiful part of The countryside.............had a wonderful time with lots of walking in superb countryside.
2. Going to a Dales breed show in 2 weeks to drool over the ponies and spot my mares relatives...... very poor number of horses turned out for this show so was quite dissapointing but nice to spend the day with my friend.
3. Visiting my lifelong friend for a cuddle of her new grandson.....he is so cute and such a good baby. I love tiny babies.0 -

My cruise gain came off faster than expected which is absolutely fantastic! It's been less than a week since I got back and I'm already only 1.2 pounds above where I left. That's a loss of 8.6 pounds since I got back. All water weight I'm sure.

1. One thing I'm looking forward to is my planned 8 night cruise at the end of June. Also because of that cruise I'm not too certain I will make my 5 pounds this month but will sure try.............made my goal and then lost it
2. Another thing I'm looking forward to is onederland :happy: . Don't have a goal for it but do hope it happens some time this summer..........not yet but soooooo close
3. Third is camping zip lining trip I'm taking in July0 -

My ending June weight was done on my home scale and not the studio where my regular weigh in is Tuesday. So tomorrow I’ll check back to see how it matches up. The scales are always 2 pounds apart, wit the studio always the higher number.
A yo-yo slip off the bases in week 2 set me back. As I’m frustrated and tired of doing the same work twice, I’m committed to being consistent and being in a steady routine to achieve my weight loss and body%fat goals.
