Hello, I'm new here! I hope to lose steadily and get back into exercising. I needed a kick up the behind, and I got that on Saturday when I tried on some clothes which seem to have shrunk!!

What am I most looking forward to this summer?
1) Finishing up my last 6 weeks in Spain, exploring more of Madrid, Valencia, Barcelona, Granada and Seville
2) Going home after 15 weeks of travel and living with a host family
3) All of the summer activities I have on deck - weddings, friend's lake houses, graduation parties, Lake Michigan beaches, my birthday, baseball games, VEGAS! and visiting cousins in Texas

Looking forward to the beach and since I live in Orlando, it's not far away!
I lost 32 pounds on this site when I started in 2011 but I have gained 20 pounds in the past 6 months just because I quit eating right and I need to get back on track. When I lost it before, I was walking very fast for 30 minutes each and every day but I can't seem to get back into that routine because it hurts my back and legs so badly so I plan to just go slow with that part but to drastically change my eating habits.
Once I reach my goal of 170, I will go for 160!0 -
