I've been using the calorie tracker on my ipod for about 6 months now and am finally sticking to something (after many feeble and half-hearted attempts at losing weight), but I wanted to join some sort of support network as well. I'm 22 and not sick of eating unhealthily and being so out of shape. I want to get back to my highschool weight or even lower, but I want to do it in a healthy way. I hate exercise but am starting to do it more regularly, and I have completely changed my eating habits so that I'm not eating junk food as often. I think I'm on the right track and just need to stay motivated!
